Il est construit :
- tout en élastomère, en une seule pièce,
- en EPDM, le clapet TIDEFLEX® est "incassable".
- sans battant ni partie mobile,
Contrairement au TIDEFLEX® TF1, le type TF2 des clapets TIDEFLEX® dispose d'un corps symétrique.
Cette conception permet une installation sans contrainte de sens.
Comme le TF1, le clapet TF2 a une forme de bec de canard incurvé qui garantit une étanchéité durable.
En standard, TIDEFLEX® TF2 est proposé en EPDM avec des colliers de serrage en inox 316 pour une connexion sur tuyaux PVC ou diamètres extérieurs égaux.
Les clapets élastomère standards TIDEFLEX® peuvent résister jusqu'à 1,4 bars de pression.
